Community Passageways creates alternatives to incarceration for youth and young adults by rebuilding our communities through committed relationships centered on love, compassion, and consistency. Our wraparound services address the basic needs to create a stable environment through education; employment; housing, food, utility, and rental assistance; court advocacy; and re-entry and digs deeper into the traumas and challenges each of our young people face. We serve all young people, but the majority are black and brown youth and young adults residing in South King County between the ages of 12-27 years old.

Your support will help us continue to work with young people who are trying to not only survive through COVID-19, educational inequity, and unemployment, but also the gun violence and gangs which have intensified. You can impact hundreds of young people and their families through our gang intervention, community safety hubs, gun violence prevention, educational support, basic needs assistance, AND the coaching it takes to move young people from frustration and denial to building purpose and opportunity. Your $10,000 donation will support our wraparound services through rental assistance for five young people and their families, cellular phones and service for four young people to be able to apply for jobs, and stipends for activities such as peace making and healing circles, training, and speaking engagements for 80 young people.  Our work is driven by the belief that guidance and support are more effective in inspiring people to make positive choices, seeing their unlimited potential, and envisioning a future where they are able to live their lives fully. Thank you for standing with us!
