Black Lives Matter Seattle-King County is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization which primarily focuses on advocacy and direct action. BLM Seattle-King County is a grassroots, volunteer-run, social-justice nonprofit organization focused on the empowerment and liberation of Blacks and other people of color through advocacy and direct action.

​Black Lives Matter Seattle-King County (BLMSKC) is committed to making sure all people and families in King County have access and resources to reach their full potential.

Current BLM Seattle focus areas are:

  • Freedom Fund provides bail for release of incarcerated protestors.

  • Protest Safety Guidelines for coronavirus.

  • Free resources and help completing the census
